We attempted to hold our AGM last Thursday, but unfortunately nobody came, and we had only 2 apologies.

We are thinking more & more that we should go down the route of converting to a CIO, as the burden of finding 5 committee members each year is becoming increasingly difficult.

With a CIO, we will only need 3 committee members, of which one can be the manager, as it is good practice for them to be the Ofsted nominated person.

We MUST hold an AGM once each calendar year - so with this in mind we propose to hold another AGM on Thursday 4th December @ 7pm.

If you are unable to come along to the AGM, please can you express your willingness OR not, to join the committee.

If you can please let us know before Wednesday 3rd December, if you are able to attend / join the committee, we would appreciate it very much.
