At Stratton Playgroup, we provide high quality pre-school care and education within a safe and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, intellectual and physical well-being in our children. We offer places to 2 to 5 year olds in Bude and Stratton, and the surrounding areas. Stratton Playgroup is registered with Ofsted and is a registered charitable organisation. The playgroup is situated within the grounds of Stratton Primary School, on the outskirts of Bude, just off the A39.

- My son has absolutely loved every day and grown in every way. The staff are very professional and could not be better with the children. An amazing environment to learn and grow in. Very bright, clean, organised and loving place for child and parent.

- A little note from Harri (staff member) - Dec-2018: I will be leaving playgroup in the New Year, I have decided to take some time out of the work world to look after my young family. I have loved working at Stratton Playgroup and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else! I will miss the staff and children, but I will still see everyone when my son starts playgroup in the future, and when I help out as parent helper from time to time.

- What are your favourite things about playgroup? The staff, they make you feel great when you leave your child. The kids love playgroup.
- What are your favourite things about playgroup? I love the staff’s interest in the children. You seem to love children and this is the most important factor in my humble opinion. I also very much appreciate the flexibility with parents. I feel like I can do things the way they feel right to me as a mum & in this, I feel respected and not judged, even if my child is not “mainstream”.
- What are your favourite things about playgroup? The dedication and love for the children.
- What areas do you think we could improve on? None, you guys are great, keep doing what you already are!
- Feedback from a work experience student - Jul-2019: Thank you for allowing me to do my work experience with you. I really enjoyed spending the week with you and your staff. You were all so friendly and welcoming and made my experience the best, so thank you for that! I think Roxy and Emma were just amazing!! And really made the experience great. They were just so welcoming and...worked with the children so well. They talked to me about the job and what it is like. All your staff were just amazing!!
